Refund Policy

General position
At present, Elevate UK primarily provides free editorial content on this website. If and when we offer paid products or services (e.g., digital downloads, online courses, coaching sessions, or event tickets), the terms below apply in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Cooling-off rights (UK consumers)
- Digital content (not supplied on a tangible medium): You have a 14‑day right to cancel from the date of purchase unless you choose immediate access. If you opt to download or stream immediately, you acknowledge you lose the right to cancel once access begins.
- Services (e.g., coaching): You have a 14‑day cancellation period from purchase unless the service starts within that period at your request. If service delivery has begun, a reasonable deduction may apply for work already performed.
- Event tickets: 14‑day cancellation if purchased online and the event is more than 14 days away. Closer to the event, cancellations may not be possible, but you can request a name transfer where feasible.
Product and service categories
1) Digital products
- Refunds: within 14 days if access/download has not started. After access has started, refunds are generally not available unless the product is defective or misdescribed.
- Defects: We will repair, replace, or refund where required.
2) Services (e.g., coaching or sessions)
- Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.
- Cancellations within the 14‑day period: permitted if delivery has not begun; otherwise partial refunds may apply for work performed.
3) Events and workshops
- Cancellations: As per the cooling-off rules above. Outside the cooling-off period, tickets are generally non-refundable but transferable if we can accommodate a name change.
- Event changes: If we cancel, you will receive a full refund. If we reschedule, you may accept the new date or request a refund.
4) Subscriptions (if offered)
- Cancel anytime: cancellation stops future billing; access typically continues until the end of the current period.
- Partial refunds: not provided for unused time in the current billing cycle unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
How to request a refund
Email hello@elevateuk.co.uk with:
- Your name and contact email
- Order ID or proof of purchase
- Product/service name and purchase date
- Reason for your request
We will confirm receipt and aim to respond within 2–5 business days.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you are considering a chargeback, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.
